About Me
I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and have been working within the NHS mental health field for more than 17 years.

I have worked and gained experience in diverse settings over the years. Including difficulties such as adolescent depression and anxiety, bereavement, alcohol and substance misuse, complex mental health, couples therapy, perinatal distress, long term health conditions and eating difficulties.

I am fully accredited with the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapists (BABCP) and adhere to their code of practice. I offer evidence based Psychotherapy in line with NICE guidelines (National Institute of Clinical Excellence).

I continue to work with couples and adults for the NHS in a Primary Care Psychology Department, where I provide clinical supervision to Therapists and have specialisms in Perinatal, Couples Therapy and Trauma work. I regularly undertake continuing professional development.
