Your initial assessment tends to last around 50 minutes over 2 sessions. It is a chance for us to talk about your difficulties, understand what you want to get out of therapy and to establish the best way to work together. Length of contracts are agreed following assessment and progress is usually reviewed after 4-6 sessions.
Therapy sessions last around 50 minutes. Weekly sessions tend to work best but therapy appointments can be tailored to your needs. The therapy process is collaborative and involves some work between sessions. By the end of therapy you will have learnt strategies to help you maintain change.
I work with young people from 14 years old, adults and couples.
I can deliver face to face Therapy, skype and telephone counselling.
Session fees are dependent on the type of therapy provided and are agreed at the time of booking.
I am committed to providing a service that is accessible to as many people as possible, I therefore do offer concessionary fees.
I am a registered provider with a number of Private Health Insurance companies.
